For orders placed during the weekend, processing begins on the next business day.
Shipping usually takes 1–4 business days.

Damaged product
We’re very sorry. In rare cases, a product may get damaged during shipping.
In such cases, we will send you a new product free of charge the first time. A refund is not issued in this case.
Should the replacement product also arrive damaged (which is highly unlikely), we will refund the full purchase price.
